The help center allows you to stay up to date on announcements, get answers from the community, submit tickets and share your feature suggestions with us.
Whether you're a hosted client looking for help, someone looking for a development quote or you just have a question for Sourcefabric, we're happy to help.
The following video provides you with some quick do’s and don’ts of the help center to make sure you get the most out of it. Get answers to some of the most commonly asked questions. What should you use the help center for? What should you do if you find a bug? How do you submit a request and make a ticket? What happens if you have an urgent issue? Can you track all the issues from your team? What do the priority levels mean?
