First Superdesk app covers Swiss Music Awards and The Basler Fasnacht
TagesWoche has been testing Live Blog, the first Superdesk app. Live Blog successfully captured the moment-by-moment details at the Swiss Music Awards and The Basler Fasnacht recently. Version 1.0 of the app was recently released and after great community feedback we're expecting 1.1 out soon.

Booktype goes to SXSWedu
From March 6-8 2013 SXSWedu took over Austin, Texas. Booktype participated in the panel, Advances in Open Textbook Publishing Technology with Kathi Fletcher from the Shuttleworth Foundation and Ed Woodward and Phil Schatz from Connexions. The Governer of Warrap State, South Sudan visits Sourcefabric Berlin
Last week Her Excellency, Governor of Warrap State Nyandeng Malek Dielic visited Berlin and came to the Sourcefabric office. The Governor is the first female elected governor of one of South Sudan's 10 federal states and a long-term advocate of women's rights, education and empowerment. The latest version of Airtime 2.3 introduced a number of special features including interface localization and Listener Statistics. The manual is now up to date and available alongside the software in both English and Russian.
